Health & Technology Both Plays Important Role

Step 1 – Eliminate Sugars and Starches

The most important part is to remove sugars and starches (carbs) from your diet.
These are the foods that stimulate secretion of insulin the most. If you didn’t know already, insulin is the main fat storage hormone in the body.
When insulin goes down, fat has an easier time getting out of the fat stores and the body starts burning fats instead of carbs.
Another benefit of lowering insulin is that your kidneys shed excess sodium and water out of your body, which reduces bloat and unnecessary water weight (12).
It is not uncommon to lose up to 10 pounds (sometimes more) in the first week of eating this way, both body fat and water weight.
This is a graph from a study comparing low-carb and low-fat diets in overweight/obese women (3).

Difference Between 4k & UHD-

What Is 4K?

4k vs uhd

The term “4K” is derived  from the Digital Cinema Initiatives (DCI), a consortium of motion picture studios that standardized a specifications  for the production and digital projection of 4K. As 4K is 4,096*2,160, and is actually four times the previous standard for digital editing and projection (2K, or 2,048*1,080). 4K refers to the fact that the horizontal pixel count (4,096) is roughly four thousand. The 4K standard is not only the display resolution but it also defines how 4K content is encoded. A DCI 4K stream is  normally compressed  by using JPEG2000 and also it is having a bitrate of up to 250Mbps, and employs 12-bit 4:4:4 color depth.

What Is UHD?

4k vs uhd

While Ultra High Definition, or UHD  in  short, called the full HD, which is having the display resolution of 1,920*1,080. UHD is used to increase  that resolution to the resolution of  3,840*2,160. And alsothis is not same as the 4K resolution, infact almost every TV or monitor you see advertised as 4K is actually UHD. Also there are some panels out there which are 4,096*2,160, that  adds up to an aspect ratio of 1.9:1 and also the  vast majority resolutions are 3,840*2,160, for a 1.78:1 aspect ratio.Actually "Ultra High Definition" is  a derivation of the 4K digital cinema standard. you can see that the local multiplex shows images in native 4096*2160 4K resolution, but  the new UHD(Ultra HD) consumer format has a slightly lower resolution of 3840*2160.This is one reason why some brands prefer not to use the 4K label as they remain sticking with Ultra HD(UHD) inst
